Call Center Representative

Target small and midsize businesses to set up presentation to provide information and recommendations on services offered by TMI & Partners, Ltd

Customer Service Representatives can expect to:

  • Activate sales leads for TMI Business Advisors (BA’s)
  • Conduct daily briefings with BA’s
  • Receive a weekly commission based on closed deals
  • Choose daily business hours preferably Monday through Friday: 9AM- 5PM.
  • Meet team sales targets and call handling quotas (between 120 – 150 calls per day)
  • Be responsible for all taxes on earned income. Representatives will not be entitled to any benefits TMI provides its employees.
